The NotreDame Intermédica Group (GNDI) informs the acquisition of the Santa Mônica group, in the state of Minas Gerais.
The Santa Mônica Group has a portfolio of approximately 41 thousand healthcare beneficiaries in the region (88% corporate segment), with two hospital units in the municipalities of Divinópolis (119 beds) and Nova Serrana (146 beds, to become operational shortly), totaling 265 beds ( 65 ICUs). They also own a complete image park (with tomography and magnetic resonance) and a clinical analysis laboratory, in addition to its own hemodynamic services operation.
